We receive many questions in relation to how we work and what we do. Click on the question below to reveal the answer.
What is the difference between a consultant and a coach?
A coach is there to clarify your goals and help you understand what is holding you back from achieving what you want to achieve. The coach is your sounding board to ask all the difficult questions so the path is clear for your next steps. Coaching is a two way process that aims to fill you with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Is Paul and FES a consultancy or a coaching service
For Small Business Owners Paul will be able to use his experience and market knowledge to build a plan for you as a consultant. This can be a high price point, so is usually a better option for a larger business going through a form of change management.
Small Business leaders take a lot benefit from coaching as this is a process that you go through to learn what you need to do to achieve your goals. This is a time efficient and effective way for you to make sustainable positive change in your business.

Why do I need a coach?
Coaching is a great step towards being better at what you do, and achieving everything you want out of your work as well as your life. Coaching is a process that will constantly help you to clarify what you are trying to achieve, what is getting in the way, and what to do next to keep on track.
Everyone can benefit from coaching. The better question to ask is: “are you the right coach for me?”
How do I know you are the right coach for me?
We must invest in the relationship and understand each other well before entering into a program. Our first meeting and analysis of your needs is always complimentary. Once this is done we can decide together if we should go forward and work together. The questions to ask yourself before we work together are:
1. Can I be open and honest about my business with Paul?
2. Can I commit to the initial plans that were discussed?
3. Am I willing to work for a few months with this person 100% for the possibility of changing my whole business forever?
